European Project Management, International Seminar

12th edition

The 12th edition of the in service training international seminar on European Project Management was held in Florence from 28 September to 3 October 2015. 35 participants from 6 different countries (Bulgaria, Malta, Egypt, Ukraine, Kosovo and the Netherlands) were involved in the seminar. The participants in the seminar represented four different Ministries (i.e. the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finances and the Ministry of Transports of Bulgaria and the Ministry of European Integration in Kosovo), the National Commission for Further and Higher Education of the Ministry of Education of Malta; the National Science and Technology Centre of Ukraine as well as one Egyptian university and a Dutch college.

The seminar aimed to provide participants with the skills to enable them to effectively manage a European project. This includes: management of contractual procedures with the European Commission; organization and planning of a project work; management of the project partnership; creation and delivering of the project reports; management of the financial and administrative issues of the project.
