The dates above refer to the schedule of payments and not to the dates for sending the registration form.
For example, if you want to benefit from the Early Registration fee, you should make the payment no later than 9 January 2012.
A mandate of payment will not be considered as an actual payment; only a copy of a bank transfer will be considered as a valid proof of payment.
The Registration Fee includes:
- Admission to all the conference’s sessions
- Possibility to present a paper or a poster
- Printed Conference Programme
- Conference bag
- Conference Proceedings on CD-Rom
- Certificate of Attendance either as participant and/or speaker
- Lunches and coffee breaks for the two conference days
Registration Process
In order to register in the conference, please follow the next steps:
- download the Registration Form and fill it in the relevant parts in order to get the total amount to be paid
- make the bank transfer according to the total amount you got from the Invoice Information Form; please send an email to science@pixel-online.net in order to get the bank account details
- send the Registration Form and the Proof of Payment via e-mail to the following email address: science@pixel-online.net.
It will not be possible to register on site.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Conference Secretariat.
If received before 10 February 2012, the participant fee, except for a cancellation fee of EUR 100, will be refunded.
On or after 10 February 2012, a cancellation fee corresponding to the entire participant fee will be charged.
All refunds will be made after the conference. If you are unable to attend, the name and address of a substitute must be notified in writing.
