The European project entitled [email protected] - Future schools using the power of Virtual and Augmented Reality for education and training in the classroom was written and coordinated by Liceul Teoretic de Informatica "Grigore Moisil" (Romania) and involves Pixel in the transnational partnership. The project was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Strategic Partnership for School Education. The [email protected] project aims at supporting Virtual Reality as a teaching methodology which helps students feel immersed in an experience, gripping their imagination and stimulating thought in ways not possible with traditional books, pictures or videos, and facilitates a far higher level of knowledge retention.
