European Project for the Promotion of Healthy Lifestyles

First Transnational Meeting

Pixel participated in the kickoff meeting of the European project entitled HealthEDU - Health Friendly Nutrition (Methodology of Health Friendly Nutrition Development and Practice in Educational Institutions) held on 18 – 19 October 2016 in Kaunas (Lithuania). The European project entitled HealthEDU was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Strategic Partnership in the field of School Education. The European project is coordinated by eMundus based in Kaunas (Lithuania) and involves Pixel in the transnational partnership. This European project HealthEDU is aimed at improving the healthy nutrition habits of children and families, also promoting healthy lifestyle principles in the community. During the first meeting, the European project partners introduced themselves as well as their project’s related experiences and expertise. The main activities to be carried out were presented and discussed. The main intellectual outputs to be produced were examined and the templates for the production of the expected deliverables were analyzed and jointly discussed.
