European Project supporting Mobilities in the VET Sector

The Second Transnational Meeting

Pixel organized and coordinated the second meeting of the European project entitled SoftMob – Software for Mobilities, which took place online on 14 May 2020 using the BlueButton platform. The European project entitled SoftMob was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Strategic Partnerships for Vocational Education and Training. The SoftMob project has been written and coordinated by Pixel in cooperation with the project applicant and scientific coordinator Valencian Federation of Construction Companies based in Valencia (Spain). The aim of the SoftMob project is to answer to the needs of all the actors playing a part in mobility project and experiences, by providing them with a complete software, helping them to reduce the administrative and management burden of the different activities in order to better concentrate on the contents quality, and a set of direct testimonials of the different protagonists to be used as reference best practice to improve the effectiveness of the management of mobility initiatives. During the meeting the results of the interviews with the project stakeholders were analyzed, together with the exemplary best practice tools for managing mobilities collected so far. The Project Portal and its main functionalities were presented. In addition, the future steps for the creation of the Software for mobility management were also established.
