European Project supporting Environmental Sustainability at School

The First Transnational Meeting

Pixel organized and coordinated the kickoff meeting of the European project entitled Go Green! Transdisciplinary Approaches to Teaching Environmental Sustainability at School which took place online – using the Zoom web platform – on 19 December 2022. The European project entitled GoGreen! was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Cooperation partnerships in school education. The GoGreen! project was written and coordinated by the project applicant IIS Galileo Galilei (Italy) in cooperation with Pixel, also supporting the coordination of the planning process. The GoGreen! project aims at redefining disciplinary programs and educational methods through cooperation between the different institutions of education and providing theoretical-methodological schemes which are innovative and closer to the analyzed realities as well as virtuous models of action which will enhance environmental issues. During the first meeting, the European project partners introduced themselves as well as their project’s related experiences and expertise. The main activities to be carried out were presented and discussed, as well as the templates to be used. More information about the GoGreen!
